Introduction

Welcome to Jewelzone, a B2B order management platform specifically designed for the jewelry industry. Our platform connects wholesalers and retailers, enabling them to manage orders efficiently and explore a digital marketplace tailored to their business needs.

To use our service, wholesalers and retailers must register with a verified GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) / PAN (Permanent Account Number). By using Jewelzone, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, which govern your access to and use of the platform.

Eligibility

To use Jewelzone, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • •You must provide a valid email address, phone number, and GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) / PAN (Permanent Account Number) during registration.
  • •By registering on the platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • •You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • •If you do not meet these criteria, you are not eligible to use Jewelzone.

Account Registration

To create an account on Jewelzone, you must complete the following steps:

  • •Provide Required Information: You will need to submit your email address, phone number, business type (wholesaler or retailer), GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) / PAN (Permanent Account Number), and a valid password.
  • •Email Verification: After providing the required information, you will receive a verification email containing a One-Time Password (OTP). You must enter the OTP to verify your email address.
  • •Business Logo Setup: Once your email is successfully verified, you will be prompted to set up your business logo. This step is necessary to complete your registration and start using the app.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account, please notify us immediately.

Use of the Service

When using Jewelzone, you agree to the following allowed and prohibited actions:

Allowed Actions:

  • Catalog Management by Wholesalers:
    • Public Catalogs: As a wholesaler, you can upload your catalog collections in the form of images or videos. These collections will be accessible to all users who are registered and verified on the platform.
    • Exclusive Showcases: You can also create exclusive showcases by restricting access to specific users. These users, whether wholesalers or retailers, will be the only ones able to view the selected collections.
  • Retailer Purchase Orders: Retailers can create purchase orders directly through the platform. No financial transaction is required at the time of raising a purchase order.
  • Business Connections: Wholesalers and retailers can search for and connect with other businesses on the platform. However, the platform does not assume any responsibility for offline transactions that may occur after connecting with a vendor through the platform.

Prohibited Actions:

  • Inappropriate Content: Catalog collections must be strictly related to the jewelry industry. Any content containing nudity, gore, or other inappropriate material will be removed, and the associated account may be suspended permanently.
  • Unauthorized Use: You are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful purposes or engaging in activities that could harm the platform or its users. Any such activities may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Subscription and Fees

At this time, Jewelzone does not charge any fees for the use of its basic services. However, we reserve the right to introduce subscription plans or service fees in the future.

In the event that a fee structure is implemented, the following terms will apply:

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Once implemented, any fees paid for subscriptions or services will be non-refundable.
  • Payment Methods: Users will be required to provide valid payment information for any paid services. By providing payment details, you authorize Jewelzone to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
  • Billing Cycle: If subscription plans are introduced, users will be billed according to the specified billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually). All fees must be paid in advance of the service period.
  • Fee Changes: Jewelzone reserves the right to change its fees at any time. Any fee changes will be communicated to users in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Account Suspension or Termination: Failure to pay the required fees may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to the services.
  • Taxes: Users are responsible for any applicable taxes related to the use of the platform or any paid services.
